Our portable air conditioners are delivered to you for FREE on a small wooden pallet, this is the best way to ensure the product arrives upright and safely during transportation.

If you are not available to take delivery the day after order, (if before 3pm) then please inform us of a preferred delivery date.

To discuss alternative delivery options please contact us prior to placing your order

When your product is delivered please take time to check the outer packaging for any significant signs of transport damage. If there are any take a picture and contact us immediately.
